The deadline for canceling an Order is 2 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse you no later than 5 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We at ELVIORAA are committed to your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our business (products shipped directly from our partnered suppliers), we offer limited returns only under specific conditions.

📸 Note: Unboxing video is mandatory for all return/replacement claims.

🕒 Time Limit for Request:
All return/replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be accepted.
💸 Refund Mode:
We offer store credit or replacement for eligible returns.
No cash or UPI refunds are provided unless the item is unavailable.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
